Drug testing procedure today primarily still begins with the donor (e.g., an "employee") visiting a clinic or hospital (CLICK HERE to see on-site vs. clinic comparison chart.)

In recent years, more and more employers have begun to recognize the benefits to themselves and to their employees, too, of arranging, instead, what is called "on-site" drug testing for their employees. (CLICK HERE to see on-site vs. clinic comparison chart.)

On-site drug testing actually refers to two (2) entirely different processes.  One, is associated with what is called an "immediate-results on-site testing device (or 'kit')"-  that is, using a device ("kit") that tests (or "screens") for one or more drugs (ours screens for the Industry standard "NIDA-5" drugs) and provides results within 3-10 minutes (ours provides it in "3" minutes).  The second reference to "on-site" describes the process of having a drug-test specimen collection performed AT (for example) a school's gymnasium or principal's office or AT the job site-  a warehouse, manufacturing plant, construction site, oil rig, office building, etc. -  i.e., "on-site".
