WorkFit™ questions cover thirteen (13) categories of comprehensive physical and mental health history and reveals any past problems associated with them (NOTE:  your new-hire is clearly cautioned in written instructions and again verbally at the beginning of the questions that all their answers must be completely truthful...and, that if any of their answers are later found to be untrue or incomplete, they may be subject to disciplinary action by your company up to and including dismissal and possible loss of any Workers' Comp benefits for falsifying their medical record).
