DOT Random Drug Testing Rates for 2004

The DOT has issued the minimum random drug and alcohol testing rates for each of its operating administrations for 2004. The testing rates are:

*As of January 5, 2004 the FRA had not yet officially issued there testing rates for 2004.  However, the rates shown are the 2003 test rates and they are expected to remain the same for 2004.  The rates are determined from data gathered by the DOT on violation rates from prior years. Additional info may be obtained from the DOT Office for Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance. DOT Website
